Practical Leadership & People Management for NT Managers
The Manager Skills Workshop is a practical, scenario-based, one-day intensive designed for new and developing managers who want to lead people confidently, handle difficult situations properly, and reduce people-management risk.
Delivered using the Crew & Anchor flagship manager framework, this session focuses on the real situations managers face — performance issues, conduct concerns, difficult conversations, documentation, and fair decision-making, with tools managers can use immediately.
This is not theory-heavy leadership training. It is operational, structured, and highly practical.
Participants leave with scripts, checklists, and manager toolkits they can apply the very next day.
